It's just complete madness for anyone to think that they can buy a property after one weekend of looking at real estate. I mean, or they get, you know, their time poor professionals or people who have got the capacity to invest. The other one that really great to me is the in-house three hours education. And then all of a sudden I'm signed up to some membership program for life.
