What if the Nutrino Feels the Electromagnetic Force?

The universe is built out of the strong force and electromagnetism. For a nutrino to feel electromagnetisty, it would have to be like a positive nutrino and a negative nutrino. We can't tell if there are two kinds of nutrinos because they don't have electric charge. If you'd give them charge, you'd have to make up the plus and a minus type yet.
