When you compile all the way down to sort of the lowest level primitives, at some point one of those primitives is going to need to access some function that isn't inside your code. And so do you know that at compile time, or if you compile on your dust top and run on the browsor you be in a situation where the function actually doesn't exist any more? Yes.
