Privacy Legislation
amy: I think privacy legislation could probably fix a lot of the problems that people both on the left and the right see. i'm concerned to do it at the level of constitutional uisprudence rather than legislation, because legislation is only as good as the current round of legislators. For example, we could talk about rovers wad. Let's just get really controversial, right? But i i saw rovers's weight as a terrible decision because it was so pragmatic and based on privacy grounds, which is really, i think, not proper. You would do it, if anything, based on the liberty interest.
