When I give a speech, I have a clear message. For example, speak like music. And once you know your message, then you know what you want to within into your speech. So the discipline of editing, the discipline of deciding what fits in makes it so easy. But do you think many people have aclear message? It takes so long to truly get clear that as people start, and it's an okay place to start.
