The Supreme Court has made it very difficult in the name of states, rights and local governments rights to bring claims directly against the city. And I can go back to the reconstruction years and say, well, I know why they did it because they were racist and they were trying to uphold white supremacy. That hasn't yet happened. The Roberts Court will go down as a very pro corporation, pro government court that whether the point is that they actually want to put black Americans and poor Americans under their thumb.
