The Importance of Cross-Collaboration in Innovation
Top down leadership also where innovation has to start to for it to actually take some lasting effect we have some bottom up root efforts but they don't stick. Okay so this glue the organization very important and a common denominator is cross-collaboration work. It's not just one function that's leading the organization its product is in the middle of all the functions and we're working together to create new opportunities or revenue which usually comes through new products.
