Introduction

Joel Mark Witt used to work at a zoo in Baltimore, Maryland for five years. He was charged with changing all the signage on freeways and highways out in the state of Maryland that reflect this name change. The city is I think the only city in the United States that doesn't reside inside of a county so it's its own jurisdiction. So they reluctantly changed the name, but the mayor is not happy about it. None of the like very many residents aren't happy either.
