Mr Chandranan: The law of defamation, the criminal law of defamation also, when properly applied can't be misused. What do you think lies ahead for Rahul Gandhi? He I assume will be filing an appeal and I also guess that the reason for this delay in filing the appeal is because the judgment is still being translated. If he fails before the High Court he has to come to the Supreme Court which is as far as legal records is concerned. And the political road ahead of course is not something which I am competent to comment upon.
