The Key to a Successful Product Management Model

Having freedom and ownership over the things that you're doing seems to be the glue of this whole model. The goal was to increase the amount of ownership, freedom and autonomy that the teams had. And so when a problem emerged, the team would go on and jump on it and deal with that problem. This allowed the teams to really be agile and handle these problems.
