Jenifer, when i read this letter, i was reminded of what jack welsh used to say about the need for candor and honesty when talking about performance. And i really agree with the advice that younger people should go out and seek as much feedback as they can as early as possible. It's much easy your to change your trajectory just a couple of degrees in one direction when you're young to have a big impact later on. As opposed to, if this six year old shifts his trajectory by two or three %, how much of an effect is it going to have before he retires? Can i just play devil's advocate here, please?
