The Fed Is Stuck Between a Rock and a Hard Place
The fed has a dual mandate. On the one hand, they're supposed to have stable prices. On the other they're supose maxims employment. And right now they're both kind of fallen apart on the fed. So you can see that it seems like a politically correct time to come in and say, ah, you know what? We're changing horses here mid stream. This isn't going perfectly. Let's get another leader in there and, you know, progress down that road and figure something out.
