Why Do People Change Jobs?

The Chattanooga area has one of the best internet infer structures in the country. The cost of living there is not crazy either, and there's no state income tax. So why do people change jobs anyway? Some reasons are promotion, some better conditions, more flexibility. Sometimes youd just leave problems behind.
