Are We Going to Have a Pandemic?
There just aren't a lot of houses that you can, you can buy right now. We never really recovered the inventory from, you know, pre pandemic. And given the rate lockdown, I don't know that we will in next few years. That's difficult news for many millennials who are looking to buy and starting a family.
