Adam: I had for the first time in quite a while last week I had a lesson where you know where you finish a lesson and it's like right they just didn't get it. They just we're just having a way out our lessons are 100 minutes and I'm like we were having a way for 100 minutes they just didn’t get it. It's an understand. Adam: The purpose of the mini whiteboard at that point is to gather information. Purpose number two was to make sure that everybody's working. And we're hitting purpose one big time purpose one big big big bigbig time.
