In some ways, if you talk to a customer, sales is a pejorative. And so I think it's almost a misnomer to think in that very narrow definition of these guys go ask for money and bring it in. In most modern sales organizations, they are stewards of that customer experience and they are helping to orchestrate that end to end. The distinction between sales and success is blurring as you think about expansion journeys and the evolution of an ongoing dialogue with your customers.
