The Consequences of Not Meeting Performance Goals
Research says that those who say, when the conversation includes them around their goal setting, are more than twice as likely to say those performance goals are actually a realistic. The main thing here, as it were, were connecting the action to the outcome, right? And i think we'reware, really, what we're probably doing that this team knows about is im putting that span of influence and ownership back in the person, right? M we're not going to hold hands r ocking a micro manage. We're going to clearly outline here is what success looks like, what's at stake if we meet it or not, and and leave it up to them to go and grow.
