We're going to talk a little bit about how polarity is actually always happening. You're either aware of it or you're not. And you can have unconscious toxic polarity. That's where a lot of people are today. People aren't consciously choosing this weird role they're playing and that kind of forces you into like forces your partner into their wounded role if they have one. So really there's no such thing as good or bad. There's just like conscious and unconscious. But I just want to lay out that this that this is all about play. If it's not play, then it's some probably icky.
