What Do We Do With This Kid?

I get the sense that you were a kid that no one knew what to do with. And I don't know that you sort of consciously understood this but I think it manifests in self-esteem. Like well let's try to medicate him. Let's try to put him in this classroom. Let's expel him. Let’s suspend him. What do we do with this kid? It can be really really hard.
