Sonia, a British citizen, brought to the UK by her husband long ago. An Atyé, a 16-year-old girl is fleeing forced marriage to a 70-year-olds man. Sonia has tried everything to bring Atyé over, but the Afghan resettlement scheme hasn't responded to her appeal. Professor Joseph Teier says asylum policies are not applicable because they are not based on the right framing of the problem.
