The dollege picture gallery is offering a series of public art programs some of which are free and accessible to children and older people. The design finds parallels between african nigerian and european british cultures to create a building that reflects this diverse culture experience in southeast london. A one kilometer stretch of urban street where 199 former retail units are populated by proprietors from about 20 countries including flanistan iran jamaica kenia samalia tansaniya with vietnam island in england almost a third of the traders speak four or more languages.
