Do You Still Care About Mistakes?
Until three, four years ago, I still felt that I was not bilingual. English was still my second language. So it wasn't my own. But then now I feel, no, that's it. I have a bilingual brain. Yes, I'll be making mistakes for sure. But even in Italian I make mistakes. And of course, I don't care anymore. Maybe I do some mistakes, but I am confident enough of what I'm saying and how I'm expressing myself. "I think if I wasn't confident enough, I would have never written my book in English," she says.
