What's the Unmet Need in the Gift Card Space?

In the gift card space, quick silver now owns 90% of the market share. In India, I think this whole total makes more sense when a company can take advantage of a lot of adjacencies. So to do a meaningfully good job on the time, progressively taking ownership of those adjacencies and doing them well is one way these companies have scaled and dominated a space. And that leadership and domination in a space gives them better leverage over time and also helps them provide new services.
