Is There a Poverty Problem?

Cows are eating a hundred and 35 billion pounds of food daily, seven times as much as humans. Humans drink five point two billion gallons of water every day; cows drink forty-five billion gallons each day. If we were to take that grain and use it to feed people, we'd just get a lot more bang for our buck, right? It's just this kind of sick and sad circumstance of capitalism that not only are we destroying the planet, but there people that are no nourished and dying.
