MEV: The Future of Decentralized Exchanges

L2s have been around for a while now and haven't really driven any net new user activity as in L2s are still fairly nascent bridging solutions. Multi-chain wallet support is also quite underdeveloped so it's definitely still sort of a long way to go there on the UX side of things. MEV started off being captured by searchers and validators slash miners and we're now seeing a large momentum maybe you could call it sharing that with a lot of these other stakeholders. Uniswap has historically been at center or I guess more accurately the origination of a lot of the research and activity in this field as the first major decks to take off.
