Most of the time it does come down to mindset, but I also think it comes down to the motivation behind it. So for me, it was for my family, my kids, and to also show them that they can do anything that they put their mind to. And if you are still a place where you're feeling as motivated, not as motivated, but your desire is still there, then it's the mindset stuff that's stopping you kind of moving forward.
