In the 90s to make a couple hundred thousand dollars was not uncommon during the course of of a year. So that's when I started to work with bands like Sonic Youth and John Spencer Blues explosion. And it was actually interesting because it was really all based on the work I had done in hip hop with PE and Ice Cube and you know artists like that.
