Social Hierarchy in Agriculture

Farmers would still be encountering side issues as a result of the irrigation. A lot of the fertile soils could become quite salty, and only salt resistant crops could be grown. So ther for there needed to be an alite ruling class. These people would need to use their power and influence to convince people of their society to believe in their leadership.
