Sally Kohn: If you want to get a sense of like one good trend, a spotting tool, which most people don't use, but look at how corporations are spending their money or they're spending money on. She says it's showing up in workshops that companies pay for. Kohn: When an unproductive employee is someone who has no clue what's going on, but a productive one is someone who can see the future and then realigns their work to fit in with what that future might be.
