The Importance of Durability in CIVI One Receptor Engagement

Cumul amide series of compounds induce a sort of conformational preference. We've actually done some pretty interesting work where you have not just the dimethyl case, but each enantiomer of a single methyl group and then no methyl group. And yet there's very obvious structural activity trends there with a preference for cumul followed by the S and anti-mal followed by the R and then the benzol in terms of potency. So they just, they seem to be just very well optimized for the rightsort of conformational restriction in terms of engaging the CIVI one receptor.
