Sally Kohn: The Hawaii electors did this all out in the open. Georgia electors did it very secretly they consciously did it you know in hiding which kind of undercuts the point, she says. She argues that even if there was a need to prepare an alternate certificate what Shafer and his goons did was 100% fraud. They prepared a fraudulent certification that violated Georgia law in multiple ways by creating what looked like an official document as part of Trump's larger scheme to try and steal the 2020 election right? Kohn: In preparing their certificates the cosplay electors had to fill four cosplay vacancies but none of those happened.
