I'm not a greatest fan of Zoom because of the factor that you become dependent on it and you never see somebody in the flesh anymore. It's kind of an odd beast being an owner's rep. If you don't have 10 or 15 years under your belt, it's a question. Your abilities. So now we do projects. I just got an email just before this meeting from an architect in San Francisco who says I have a project in Scottsdale. Either do you know of owners rep inScottsdale or are you willing to do it?
