The Complexity of Vision
Ella: I think it's like having a like a personal experience or being able to make a decision in a moment based on your own personal perspective or emotional response. For me what really the straw that broke the camel's back was thinking about qualia and sensation. And then I thought about sort of like the compound eyes that flies have and I was just like that is a complex input. That is then generating an output and and that feels like it is. There is something meaning you know I don't want to again we have to be careful as we to the line of anthropomorphizing but there is a sensation and an action that that does occur.
