Dyspnea Plus or Minus Angina

Pulmonary vasculature is very, it's a high compliance circuit. So that's why sometimes people with really high wedge pressures don't have a lot of pulmonary edema. But they still might have dyspnea if there's some social edema. And one study in fact found that the anterior MI's were more often presented with dyspnea compared to, say, an RV MI which is less likely to present with Dyspnea.
