Is Argon Diffusion a Noble Gas?
It would be very helpful if the rate work on the helium, you know, in those samples could be replicated at other sites as well. So we would need to test that more broadly. Humphreys did publish a follow up paper sometime after the rate project, I think, where he looked at argon diffusion and argued that the results from argon diffusion in effect support the conclusions that were drawn from the helium diffusion. And argon is like helium, they are both noble gases. Argon is the result of decay of radioactive potassium.
