Carrot Cake Icing

Carrot cake icing is, I think there's a bit of cream cheese in there, is there? It's like a cream cheese icing, so it's not as intense as straight up. There's sometimes there's walnuts involved, so there's a meatiness to the body of carrot cake. Then you've got the memory of ginger, but it's not there. And then of course there's a heaviness to carrot cake and a moisture whereby if you eat a carrot cake, you like it doesn't feel like a dessert.
