Do You Need Other People to Complete Your Past?
A lot of times, and especially in modern psychology, you're left with the idea that somehow you need other people to complete your past. And as I need somebody to say something or do something, that will complete my past. So what does it mean to be complete means when you look at that thing, now, there's no attachment to it. There's no emotional charger on it. Like you have a perspective of it where you're free to talk about it and free to share about it. That is what needs to get said, not what needs to gets acknowledged,. What needs to get recognized? Right. You don't come out of your twenties, not having done that work.
