Is Remi Fanta a First Line Opioid?
Most obstetric anesthesiologists don't consider a first line agent for those things that we had mentioned earlier. The typical doses for a PCA are 0.25 to maybe one micro kg with a lockout of one to five minutes plus a minus a background of fusion. But most importantly, you want a safety mechanism in place which are recommended to be continuous one on one care and some sort of apnea are kept binoculars, reminidering and continuous pulse oximetry as well.
