Kwame, if you could add one thing to the list of what people are writing down that they want to create in the new year, what would you say? I think it would start with a question. What would your life look like if you were more effective in these difficult conversations? It doesn't need to be any kind of like massive change,. It's just saying, listen, after every single conversation, I'm going to ask myself, what could I do better? And what did I do? Well, and I'm trying to get incrementally better over the course of the year.
