What Is a Conceptual Truth?

Empirical truths are true whether or not i believe anything. Conceptual truths are true only because of our beliefs, not in spite of them. An example of a sicidal truth would be that a gold is more valuable than silver. A personal truth for me would be that eggs taste better when you put hot sauce on them.
