The Giants and the Pitching Epidemic

i'm in favor of stricter legislation, i think, to cut down on the position player pitching epidemic. I wouldn't call it a scourge, and sometimes it's fun. The opportunity cost is low if you're just going to have a reliever pitching in an uninteresting blow out.
