Until the invention of block chain, there were two problems with contracts. All contracts have a problem of interpretation and a problem of execution. Most block chain contracts are conditional payments that say, if x, y happen, then this transaction will result. In code, there are no interpretation problems. There might be bugs, but like you can find them ahead of time. And then the execution happens in what we call all what we discussed in the previous discussions, in trustless fashion.
