In a lot of other developed countries, they have regulators. They're very powerful regulators that do inspections and force companies to change their practices. None of that really took in America, like none of our regulatory agencies ever had that much power. So we basically decided like we're going to do this by losses. And it's not the government's job to sort of monitor companies.
