Carolyn: I've always had excellent experiences with civil service now not everybody has. She says there's been a lot of effort to compromise or corrupt the civil service in the U.S. and you know in the G7 nations but what she found was most people who go into government don't go into government because they're want to do bad things, she says. "They go into government as they want to do good and you have a lot of experience talented people who have insight into many interesting things"
