Brockley Seeds Are a Potent Source of Sulphurophane

Brockley seeds actually had a higher amount of clucarainin than the sprout. Theoretically, if i were to just take the seeds and beoeer and sprouting tat away, that's true. And when we tried them, they, they're quite bitter, um. But interestingly, if you, if you bake them, just gently, don't scorch them. If you eat raw cruciferous vegetables, you're a bit better protected.
