Two Instances of a Suicide Attempt in Highland Park, Illinois

We're asking the community if they are able to dig a little deeper and recall some specific instances from the event. The first was in april of 20 19, an individual contacted highland park police department a week after learning of mister crimo attempting suicide. A family member reported that crimo said he was going to kill every one. And crimo had a collection of knives. At that time, there was no probable cause to arrest or arrest.
