We have had, i think, a wave of investments previously. I don'tember exactly when, but it was a wave of interest in farmland and forestry. And many institution investors, once they got burned, took a step back from these sectors. So we're working at farmers wre significantly lower than the average. But ha yeand and theyre challenged, how do they get access to land? Because land is expensive. It's held up, tied up in trust and in differet kind of structures.
