How to Handle a Team

I don't think that you can look at a group of people. There's not five, if you have five people in Chicago Bulls, there's not five Michael Jordan's. That's why there's no there's no team. But it is the allegiance to each person's own role that and that individuality of that role, which then by inference allows the quote team to work. And I think everybody sees that.
