I feel like some of these conversations are a bit more difficult to understand from an American perspective right where the health care system is private. This is what they're used to. What I describe it as is kind of like a sly privatization, right? You don't see it when you go and approach the health service when you go for surgery or whatever. But this is happening in the background. And it's still having impacts on the type of service that you can expect on what the health service can deliver to you. It potentially has implications down the line.
