Is There a Need to React to Emails? Is That a Good Idea?

I've noticed that in an email if you say no need to reply actually ironically you'll triple the chance that they will reply. And I think though slightly controversially that we should make some of our communication ignoreable. It just means people are busy and that they might not be in the right place or headspace to take you up on your offer. When they do it can be quite magical. The third thing might be a bit controversial but I think from time to time, particularly this year in 2021. We should bear in mind everyone's fighting a battle that we know nothing about as the good saying goes.
